There are issues with merging. I was told my a regular librarian that a super librarian would have to do the merge.

The reply from the previous librarian said “There is a record for Perfect Little Omega Part Two that will need to be merged, it’s empty and has two formats for the record. It requires a super librarian”

Done.
I treated the "Kindle, Paperback" edition as an empty edition and merged with default.
