I suggest this book for productivity, it has great tips on how to enter in hyperfocus and get lots of work done in a short amount of time.
Also explains how to disfocus, we can use creativity to create new paths to do some tasks in less time and with much less effort.
In short it's about habits, the more we systematize, prioritize things the more we can do in a faster and more competent way.

Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones
I suggest this book on habits, because this is what fuels consistency, in short we must make changes appealing to us and break as much barriers as possible so we don't miss the chance to do them.
Than it's part of motivational aspect there are days you'll not feel like it, but as you keep on doing everyday, you may lose one day but never two days in a row, you start creating a pattern that your subconscious will not fight against.
One example there was a moment in which I was changing my life and I need to do profound changes one option was to stay just at home and work remotely, I decided not to go that way because from college time I knew I would enter in procrastination so every day I went to a local library, entered at 8 am exited at 8 pm, I prioritized my tasks and gave the last tasks of the day as the most pleasing, what happened is that I got so driven that even weekends I would go to the local library that is 24/7 opened.
Then I attached other habits, like going to the gym, reading, drinking more water. In that book they call it stacking habits, which helps a lot on keeping the momentum, because you see progress, that motivates and thus you go even further.

I don't have a specific book for it but I remember a talk Steve Harvey mentioned a tool very interesting that I used myself, which is the 300 lifegoals list, and you just write all the things you want to achieve in life.
Now up to 70 is easy to do, after that it get tricky because we have to stop thinking in short/medium term and think on the long term, even more we have to go to the past to all the things that we value but never had the chance to have them and with the speed in which life happens we tend to forget those, it may be a trip, or a course, learning music, painting, literature, meeting someone, and so on.
I guess that will provide you clarity to what you value more in life, and how to align your personal and professional career with such goals.
