Add/Edit a huge series

Created by Laura Schwann, Apr 18, 2023 231 views
Laura Schwann Hi! I haven't been using goodreads for a long time so I don't know if this is going to be too obvious but:

I am currently reading some books included in a collection of 60. The collection is called "The Sherlock Holmes collection", by RBA and it includes all the titles writen by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and some contemporaries.

Most of the books are registered in goodreads (all of them have the same cover as the one I linked to this post, with the strand magazine theme, but different colors). But they're not grouped as a series.

So my question is: can I add books that are already in the database to a new collection? Can I edit those books? (since most of them have unknown as author). And is there a fast way to add all the books that are not yet in the database? Or should I request them one by one following this group instructions?

Thank you in advance for any help.
Michele If you need books added, please request via the "Adding New Books and Editions" discussion here: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group...

Please be sure to provide as much of the required information as possible, per this post: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

To request changes to a series, you can post a request here in this discussion, but you'll need to be specific and provide (a) the link to the series in question and (b) links to the books that you want added.

Hope this helps!
