Hey! I'm not officially a writer, but from my very limited experience, I would say one of the best solutions is to read. Hopefully, it'll jog your imagination, give you good writing examples, etc. Try starting with writing some fanfictions of your favorite books! What genre do you like to write?
(And by the way, Jai, I'm so glad you thought to ask the group about this, but please ask a mod if you want to create a thread next time:)) Thanks!)

Yes! If I were ever to write a book, it would be fantasy:)) World-building is so fun!

What a variety of genres! Good for you. Do you prefer writing short stories, or are you working on a book?

That's awesome!

That's great! What's your favorite genre to write out of all of those?

Here are some tips I've learned in different writing classes:
1. Change the weather in your story (I know it sounds strange, but sometimes it actually works lol).
2. Try freewriting. Sometimes just writing out whatever is in your mind will help to clear your head and help you to get focused on your story again.
3. Set a weekly/daily word count goal, and try to meet that goal every day/week. Soon, you'll get so used to following your goal that writing will become more of a habit, which decreases your chance of getting writer's block.
Hope this helps!
