Confused ISBNs

Hello. There is a series of books that were created with incorrect ISBN numbers. Can you help me please how to best resolve?

1. Two duplicates of the book that is 1st in the series:

- this edition has all correct descriptions except the ISBN numbers. ISBN13 is incorrect and should belong to the book in series#2 (this - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...- )

- this edition has several incorrect descriptions and title but has the correct ISBN12/10 (but ASIN should not be set). It was created by unknown amazon_kxw user with bad name and never had many reviews while the previous book was actively used by users

(I attempted to resolve the conflict by merging the 2nd edition into the first one and deleting the 2nd as it is a duplicate and that worked, but since the 2nd edition occupies the correct ISBN13 number for this book I can not place the correct ISBN13 into the edition 1)
I believe ASIN numbers for both are incorrect and should be removed. The book is not in Amazon library

2. This book is of series#2 and should have the ISBN13 - 978-617-585-036-7
