is it worth it to read throne of glass? :')

YES ABSOLUTELYYY!!! but i recommend to read the assassins blade first and then throne of glass , its so much easier to understand the timeline and the story. From the second book EVERYTHING CHANGES and it is soooo good! >u<

My completely unbiased (okay a little bit biased) opinion is yes!

When I first looked into reading it, I didn't know what the order of the books was, so I asked tumblr. This is what I was told and HIGHLY recommend to everyone who's ever asked me:
1. Throne of Glass
2. Crown of Midnight
3. Assassin's Blade*
4. Heir of Fire
5. Queen of Shadows
6. Empire of Storms
7. Tower of Dawn*
8. Kingdom of Ash

*I loved reading the prequel novellas in assassins blade 3rd! In the first two books, those novella events are hinted at so much, but in a way that's like "ooh this hasn't been revealed yet, but it'll really gag you when it is, so stay tuned." So that's why I always recommend reading that one 3rd! Keep that suspense, ya feel?
*And definitely do not skip Tower of Dawn. Apparently some people have?? For me personally, I thought it was an excellent book! You could do it as a tandem read with Empire of Storms... but for a first time read through of the series, I don't recommend that unless you really want to.

Throne of glass is 100% worth it it is so good my absolute favorite series and definitely recommend the tandem read of empire of storms and tower of dawn!
