Yep. You can obviously upgrade to a really expensive plan but yeah the starter plan is for FREE! Also some elements and photos you will have to pay for but there is still free content on there.

Aw thanks! Just kinda stressing about an upcoming school event, our mock trial. I'm playing an attorney. I got the clothes for it yesterday and tried them on and not to brag or anything but I look amazinggg in them lol. My outfit is a silky black skirt, a white shirt with a ruffle pattern thing, and a gray blazer. Without the gray blazer I look like some sort of french aristocrat or smth XDDD
