Hi, this is an open discussion about why everybody should love Newt. This is for already-Newt-lovers, and people who need to know why Newt is awesome. PLEASE no swearing!! I also would ask that we keep this discussion about positive things about Newt.

Newt is very caring about all his friends and he is a very strong character.;)
Couple of days late here but I love Newt so much, he's caring about his friends and I think his leadership is stict but very fair
HE’S LITERALLY PERFECT— He is very protective, intelligent, caring, trusting but not too trusting, strong, funny, reliable, responsible, and just perfect.
he is always there for everyone. anytime anyone needs him he's there. he's a leader but also a friend. he only thinks of his friends (I'd go into detail but that would mean I'd unclose spoilers in the other books, so I'll leave it at that). he's the peace-keeper in the glade. he IS the glue (scorch trial reference). even in the Death cure, when he is struggling because of the _____ (restricted b/c of spoiler) his main motive for that one heart wrenching choice at the end is because Minho and Thomas, he didn't want to hurt them or anyone else. Need I say more?
No you do not need to say more! I think I speak for everyone when I say that we all love Newt.
Newt is honestly amazing. As soon as Thomas showed up he took him under his wing and in my opinion they wouldn't of got where they did without him.
I love newt so freaking much. It might be strange but one of reasons i love him is because he's suicidal. I wish so much i couldve given him a hug
Newt was literally my favorite from the moment he's introduced!
The movies didn't do him justice!
