HELP me find this book I can’t remember the name of

I’m going crazy trying to remember this fantasy book. It was super unique so I don’t remember much, but I remember the heroine with her new group having a night out in this new magic city. Might be in a fae kingdom. She is slowly becoming happy and settling in and seeing she was wrong about the fae. There was a scene where she and the love interest go into some sort of cavern with water and have their first romantic encounter. Definitely thinking it’s enemies to lovers. I know this is vague but I’ve tried to look through all the books I can think of and I don’t think it’s on any of my lists!
