How about an e-form for adding new books?

Please get the process of adding of books in order. This manual process is clearly not working for an evergrowing international database of books.

How about an e-form (for all users) that gets in an approval flow for Librarians? In that case they only need to check and approve, instead of also getting the data in the database.
