Scanlations are very common in this genre, I assume this is one. Merged

Both the cover and the publisher is the same as of the original Japanese edition, but the language is set to English. I tried to look for any information relating to the English edition of this book, but wasn't able to find any - apparently this book was never actually released in English.
I'm not sure if in this case merging with the original Japanese edition is acceptable, but here is the link to it:
