Generally they consider HF to be 50 years in the past, but since it is on the main book page, I will accept it.

WoF VickiI read The Golden Son
I liked it, thankfully it was a quick read. The MC leaves his village in India and becomes a doctor in Texas. It was interesting to follow his decisions as he has to ultimately decide where to make his life, and each country has pros and cons for him. But I found a lot of characters and events oversimplified.
