I liked the singles from Fearless when I first heard them, but I really became a Swiftie in 2010 (9 years old) after hearing the entire Speak Now album. That album was my introduction to non-radio songs and I loved what I heard. Haunted really stuck with me because the instrumentals were so unique.

i became a fan around 2014 because my mom was also a huge fan and would always put her songs during car rides. but from 2019 to 2021 i took a break from being a swiftie because i stopped vibing with her music for a while, but decided to stan again when folklore was dropped. now it's probably one of my favorite albums ever and taylor has become one of my favorite artists!
this is slightly embarrassing because everyone’s a fan of her since soo long but I became a swiftie somewhere between january 2022 and august 2022 I watched some of her music videos often in 2017/18 tho!
i'm unashamed to admit that i only became a fan right after midnights came out. i loved the singles i heard on the radio over the years, but i was never a real fan of taylor until now
i became a swiftie in 2021, right around the time Red Tv came out. i listened to some of her old stuff before that, but i was a pretty casual fan at the time (idk how)
I grew up listening to Taylor Swift (I probably came out of the womb singing Picture To Burn bc I'm as old as her debut album lmao). I've basically been a Swiftie since birth lol
So my mom used to play her 1989 songs in the car all the time (this was around the time nobody saw Taylor, yk before rep) I was probably like 9 at the time so I didn't consider myself a swiftie cuz I didn't know that was a thing lol. but around the time folklore came out, I watched the long pond studio sessions (on disney+) and so that's when I started really getting interested in her and I learned a lot about her and listened to more of her songs and stuff. That's when I really became a Swiftie (so I was like 12 years old)
I was between 8 or 9 years old (currently 17, soon will be 18) and 1989 just released and I came across Blank Space mv in my yt recommendations and I think ever since I kept stumbling upon taylor swift related content and I don't know when and how I actually became a swiftie but I know that I've been listening to her since I was 8

I’m so ashamed to say that I’ve only been a swiftie since shortly after midnights came out when everyone has been a swiftie for so long 😭 When midnights came out it gave me the motivation to try and listen to more of her music to determine if I liked it, and well- yeah I really liked it

i became a swiftie when i was about 8 or 9 ( 2009 or 2010) and have been loving and supporting her ever since <3 her songwriting and lyricism is something incredibly special
i was around 11 and with lockdown and stuff, i had gotten into listening to music, and around that time, folklore had been released, and i just fell in love with it, and soon enough, i had explored the rest of her discography <333
When I was maybe 7? My mum bought red and 1989 on CD and she used to play it iin the car all the time! I kinda went out of Taylor for a couple years but I went back to her when I was 12 and 15 now and absolutely adore her!!!
I think I was 8 or 9, so around 2010/2011. Speak now was the first album I had a physical copy of, but before I really knew who she was I had been absolutely obsessed with Love Story. which is why my parents had gotten me Speak Now, and I’ve been a fan ever sense.
I became a swiftie summer 2020 after hearing cruel summer for the first time and then i listened to evermore after it came out which really cemented it for me. before then i only knew her radio songs and i listened to Me! and YNTCD a lot 😭

Around 4 or 5 my dad started playing Love Story because he bought the music video off of iTunes because it was on our PlayStation 3. I made my mom buy her debut and Fearless albums at Target because I saw them in the CD section and was like "oh! it's her!" I was kind of there for Speak Now, Red, and Reputation--but I will say, I only heard a few songs off each album (including early on in my life for her debut and Fearless [my dad also played Our Song and Mary's Song]) until I bought the albums--which I listened to multiple times. I bought 1989 with a gift card I got for my aunt and listened to that religiously--I even made up dances to some songs. I had my mom buy me Reputation when it came out, and then I bought Lover myself. I listened to Reputation over and over, but I didn't actually listen to the whole Lover album--only the songs I knew. After that, I stopped caring. I ignored folklore and evermore, but when Fearless (TV) came out I got it, but only listened to the songs from the OG album. Same story with Red (TV). I thought it was all a cash grab because I didn't follow Taylor on anything. I never really listened to those versions--only the OG versions. And then Midnights came out. I was hesitant to start listening to it, but then I listened to the album--over and over again. I became a die-hard Swifite and then moved to listen to her "From the Vault" tracks and folklore and evermore.Sorry for such a long story, lol.
P.S. A lot of people I knew didn't like Taylor because of how "corrupt" she became so I stayed away from her music. I'm glad I'm back to it now, though. =D
since forever i’ve always listened to taylor (especially red)! my fave songs when i was little were mean and stay stay stay. but i would say i became a true swiftie when folklore came out in 2020.

It was about when fearless (stolen) came out, my mom got me a cd of it and I was obsessed!!! I would always look at the booklet and want to be Tay because of pretty she was, and I would lose the cd all the time because of how much I carried it around 😭. After that, my mom always got me CDs of her and other singers!

i started listening to her when she released folklore. i was 16 and i was going through a terrible, hard and depressing period. of course i knew other songs but just the most viral ones in my country and when i listened to folklore for the first time every problem disappeared without a reason. her music literally saved me and i will be forever thankful for folklore♡
2007 when I first heard “Our Song”. I LOVED it then Teardrops on My Guitar got me hooked. Both total opposite subjects(Our Song is much happier than Teardrops on My Guitar) but both beautiful! 💜

2020 with the release of evermore. I have always like her music and knew lwymmd and blank space front to back and back to front. However, I never actually was a swiftie. After evermore, I decided to listen to that album and then did a marathon through her entire discography. I became so obsessed that by the time fearless tv came out i had 13 written on my hand and knew all of the songs
I liked her when she first became really popular, but I stopped listening to her as much, but then 2021/2022 I started really listening to her, and she’s been my number 1 artist on Apple Music two years running
november 2020!!! i was 17 i think. i was doing online classes so i was bored and started playing songs from 2014 and i immediately thought of blank space which reminded me she had released an album earlier that year (folklore) and then i got curious since i only knew her popular songs. i fell in love with folklore and reputation and her writing too

I'm sure I must have heard some of her songs as audios but the first time I consciously listened to one was Blank Space in October 2022 and I instantly fell in love with it. I started listening to more songs, mainly popular ones like Bad Blood, Style <3, Enchanted etc. But from then on I kept discovering new songs and now am hooked on stuff as far back as Mean, , TWAF, and The Lakes as well as Thug Life, in (Taylor's version) wherever I can find it obviously. Her lyrics are so beautiful, they have so much depth to them. But yeah, since then I have wholeheartedly become a swiftie!
2006! Taylor dropped debut a few months after i was born and my parents had been fans as soon as it came out so I grew up watching the picture to burn & our song music videos, listening to red with my mom in the car, singing never grow up with my dad and sister, watching the lorax in theaters and going crazy cuz she was in it. I have vivid memories of watching the blank space mv and lwymmd lyric video with my cousins and everything lol. When lover came out on my birthday my sister and I celebrated too

honestly I was around 9 years old when I first started listening to Taylor (2016) but then I got bullied for it (I mean honestly I had ts pictures everywhere so I kinda brought it onto myself lol) so I started only listening to her privately. and then I found friends who also love taylor and yeah, I’ve been religiously listening to her music. and I feel like everyone could like her stuff if they give her a try because her music is just so beautiful and devastating. 1989 was actually released on my birthday which is super cool to me, although i was younger when it came out so i didn’t listen to it for another year or so. but my very first cd was 1989 deluxe, and i have the most fond memory of my friends and i blasting the album on repeat almost everyday. so basically you could say i’ve been a swiftie ever since i knew how to understand music <3
