I'm glad that you had success with Horse - loved this book too!
Wow! What a great reading time you had. It always take a bit to get the current reads down again after a readathon!
I like the idea of the Newbery Honor books though.
See you in April
Start of April 2024I joined in late, but I'm at it now. Because I've had so little time to read lately, I think I'll just do a few updates and otherwise keep my head in the books. Even though I won't be "visiting", I find it comforting to think of all you lovely people reading along with me!<3
Hours 1 - 6
Happiness Falls (in progress) - 49 pgs
Nemesis (audio - in progress) - 42 pgs
Total pages so far: 91
I'll add up my hours read/listened at the end.
Enjoy the day/night, everyone!

Alas, the Reverse Readathon falls on my annual family reunion weekend this year so I won't be able to participate. I will miss reading with all you lovely people! Hope to see you in October.
Ahh we will miss you your kind spirit, Ann. We will be happy for you that you're in the heart of your family!
Ann A wrote: "Alas, the Reverse Readathon falls on my annual family reunion weekend this year so I won't be able to participate. I will miss reading with all you lovely people! Hope to see you in October."Enjoy your time with family, and hope to see you this fall!
Enjoy being together with family, Ann. Ironically, I will be missing the summer readathon for the same reason. We will be driving for about 4 hours and I’m hoping to read in the car.

No I don't have a thread. I'm not computer savvy and I only know how to respond with the Goodreads site .

That's what I meant Vanessa, in this Goodreads group you can create your own log/page/thread, however you want to call it, to update on your readathon. I'm sure if you don't know how to create one the mods can create one for you. Or I can if you'd like me to. That way you can post your updates on your own page (if you'd like of course). Just send me a message.

I suspect you'll have a little crawler "getting in your way" a bit, but he'll be enjoying books alongside you before you know it!
Susy wrote: "Oh nice! It feels like months away but it’s actually in 4 weeks time😱"
Yeah, it crept up on us pretty quickly but I'm thrilled it's almost here!
