SOLVED. Gangster book [s]

I am unsure of the book's title or who the author is but this book hasn't been out for long. It is about gangsters in the 1920's-1930's, the cover of the book has a man on it and he is wearing a black suit, a black hat and a read tie.
I think the book was released last year, but I can find it anywhere since I don't know what it's called. I am not sure if the book is about real gangsters or just fictional gangsters I only looked at the book very briefly, I liked the cover and it looked interesting to read.

Any help would be appreciated.

I saw this book at Morrisons and looked at it briefly.
The background is completed black with a silhouette or shadow of a man wearing a hat and a red tie. The red tie is the only colour on the cover except the title of the book and the author.
