It's not one thread that's the problem, it's that you have 60 comments but we can't see which threads you've started (since your profile is private). This is a Goodreads-wide issue, they don't give group moderators the tools to see the threads started by people with private profiles.

So deleting just this one thread doesn't really help because you have multiple threads.

Does that mean if I choose to be private I need to leave the group? I believe I have just tweaked my settings though for now.

Now I can see your account, it's public.

We simply can't moderate people who have private accounts and a lot of comments, so pretty much you wouldn't be able to stay in the group and your Unsolved threads would become Abandoned.
