The Listopia section has been removed from my book's page. I see it for all my other books, but not for this one. Can someone please add it back or explain hy it is gone?

It has not been removed as you can see here: https://www.goodreads.com/list/book/3... in the book page, scroll all the way down where it says "Lists featuring this book" https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3... it will only show it in the edition that has been added to the list or lists. You might want to make that edition the default one.

This edition is only added to one list for example https://www.goodreads.com/list/book/3...

These editions are not added to any list https://www.goodreads.com/list/book/6... (this is the edition you linked at the top of your post)

Oh. I understand now. If you make that edition the defaulkt one, will I lose all of my reviews?

I can't set the default edition but you can https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/... You won't lose your reviews.
