Do you still think it is a fan translation?
My bad, apparently the series was released in English in Singapore before it was released in USA. Good to know for next time. Sorry to waste your time.

The first link leads to what I believe is an entry that was created for the fan translation of the manga, before the official translation was released (the edition was created 2008 and is listed as English version - the official English translation was released 2013)
