[closed] Question about new editions

Hello, it is I believe over a month now since I posted few new entries for new editions and they still are not added. I wonder why or why it takes so long? Some books/editions as I see are added within minutes...
I was not sure where to ask so I add this question here. Can someone explain or resolve the issue? Thank you :)

Also, the backlog in the Adding New Books folder is currently several months on average.
