Dai de labibliotecadedai Hello everybody, I'm reading "My dark Vanessa", and I think it's the most difficult book I had to read. it challenges me a lot as a woman.
Idk if you read it, it's about a sick relationship between a teacher and a teenager. It remembers me of "Lolita" and I want to finish it cause it's a very good book, but in some parts, it makes me crazy.
Have you read it? Have you read a book in which the story makes it difficult to read or finish it?

angeline (ramblingdaydreams) I haven't read it, but I have read A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara which was a very hard book to read because of how dark and depressing it was

I have read the summary of that book. Do you recommend it?

Yeah, I will finish it for sure. Even if it's complicated for me I think it's a very good book and it's well-written.
