Two broken links

On the Librarian Manual: Acceptable sources for covers and book data page, I noticed the links to the two Italian libraries are broken.

That whole page might need some some changes. it was created in a hurry over 10 years ago for an issue at that time. So it is not very systematic and few or no updates have been made afterwards.

In my opinion publishers shouldn't be listed there, as it is impossible to listed them all. And the links should have a description, like '[country] national library: [link]'

Hi again! Thanks for your patience while I worked my way round to this. I've gone through the links on the Acceptable sources for covers and book data manual article and removed broken links and corrected others.
