Christine Mathieu | 319 comments That's what we did. We have 24 large book cases and books in almost every room. Even our night stands are small book cases.
Our dining room is more of a dining room library.

Wow Christine that is a lot of book cases. Did you buy the ones you have to build?

I guess that also answers a previous question of why I read.

My husband was a carpenter first, before he became an engineer. He built most of them. When we met in 2006, I did bring 4 or 5 Mainstay book cases from Super Wal*Mart into our relationship and he had a few book cases, but it was not nearly enough. So he built book case after book case. Even a special Enid Blyton book case for my birthday in 2013.

We bought the lumber at Lowe's and then my husband built them within an hour or so. He's very skilled.
