The words "preferably linked to a specific ISBN or ASIN" is a change in policy. It has always been required that covers match the ISBN or ASIN because there could be variations between covers for ISBNs and ASINs of the same title.

The addition of the "preferably" statement appears to allow covers to be uploaded even if the ISBN or ASIN don't match.

Any feedback about this? This is new policy which negates the requirement for covers matching ISBNs and ASINs.
