Someone already added Book 1-6 Being Robin. I can add book 0.5 but it's confusing that the title of that book also shows a #1. What's the relationship between Round Robin #1 and the series you linked?

Doing some more research, found this explanation on Gamespot:"It's all come down to this! From a pool of 16 pitches featuring characters from all around the DC Universe, two remain. The choice is up to you, the fans, to decide which of these will become the next DC miniseries! This issue combines the first 10-pages of issue one of the final 2 pitches. So dive in to the opening pages of these stories and vote for the one you want to be a full miniseries!"
I understand the book does have a connection to the series, but I don't think it should be included as its own entry since the content is identical to book #1.

It only contains a 10 page preview of the first book of the series. A sneak-peek.

Like in these series. In many other series, I have seen previews added to the series, I can try to find more exemples if you like, that’s why I think it’s appropriate to add to the series.
Even though it's happened for other series doesn't necessarily mean it's following policy. I'm going to hold off on adding it and hopefully a more experienced librarian can make a determination on this.
