SOLVED. Collection of short stories, one involved teachers from Earth observing a school on an alien planet where misbehaving students were hanged. Isaac Asimov related? [s]

I'm looking for a Science Fiction book that contained a number of short stories. The only one I can remember involved a group of teachers from Earth visiting a school on another planet where students who misbehaved were executed by hanging as a punishment. I think the story ended with one of the Earth teacher's expressing approval for the idea.

I think I read this in the late 1980s, but it could have been the early 1990s. The book was probably aimed at a YA audience.

For some reason, I associate the book with Isaac Asimov in my own head - maybe he wrote one of the other stories in the book? I just have a feeling I picked it up because I thought it had something to do with Asimov.

I feel like the book may have had a one word title.

You could look through Philip K.Dick's stories, the hanging story sounds like something he would write...

After further wracking of my brain and searching, I am now almost certain this is the book I am remembering.

I think we can call it solved - I'd be very very surprised if it isn't it.

I think the correct story in the anthology is Primary Education of the Camiroi. I found a copy of the text online, and it does involve hanging misbehaving children.
