A Trauma-Informed Framework for Supporting Patrons question

I am one of the authors of this book (PLA SW Task Force) and I'm so glad to see the positive reviews of this book. We really want this workbook to be a worthwhile and user-friendly tool to help librarians work through a variety of probable scenarios in their branches. I use this workbook as one of the main textbooks for my LIS students in a course entitled Library Social Work (U of Illinois). While of course I am biased, I garner solid feedback from my students that they find this workbook really helpful.
