T.M. Payne (booknooknuts) | 481 comments I have currently become a publisher. I have uploaded new books for an author who is a Goodreads Author. All books kept title names etc only thing that changed is the publisher and ASIN and ISBN... Some also had cover changes. My question is: Do I upload new or can I ask that the ASIN or ISBN be changed to books currently on Goodreads? There is a ton lol.
To note: Amazon may have already sent over the 12 books thus far that have been republished. I will check but still not sure how to handle this.
Thank you so much for any help.

If there are new editions of the book with different ASINs and ISBNs, they need to be added as new editions from one of the existing book pages. We don't change one into another, as people like to shelve the copy they own.
To see if a book is already in the database, copy and paste the ISBN/ASIN in the search bar.
