A Delete & a Reordering of Quotes for My Book

First, I would like to have the first quote listed for my book removed. It's a duplicate of the one below it but does not define NEC.

Second, is it possible to reorder these quotes? I would like them to be in the same order as My Quotes, i.e., those for Bryon Ehlmann.

I'm new to Goodreads. Can I do any of the above myself?

You are posting from a members' page rather than a Goodreads Author page. Can you either link to the quote you want removed or give me the first few words?

& in answer to your question only staff & Librarians can remove quotes - & then only under certain conditions.

Sorry, but I didn't understand your first sentence. I was following the directions I got on Google when I asked: "In Goodreads, how do I delete a quote for my book?"

Answer: Librarians have the ability to edit and remove quotes. To make a request, simply post in the Librarians Group, where our volunteer librarians will be happy to help. You can join the group by clicking on Join Group under the group profile photo.

What Carol meant is that you were not posting from an author profile, which makes it difficult to find the quotes to which you refer unless you provide a link.

The first quote has been deleted but it may take anywhere from half an hour till 2 days to disappear completely.

Quotes are ordered by popularity (number of likes)

I'll use Stephen King as an example https://www.goodreads.com/author/quot... so you can see that a quotes popularity determines it's position.
