Hi J this isn't a librarian issue, much less a Superlibrarian one. As a tip, if your query includes the words ratings or reviews you are in the wrong place! :) Librarians are volunteers who do the book cataloging, edit quotes & stuff like that.
I would give it a couple of days in case it is a caching issue, then go to the Help area. https://help.goodreads.com/s/ I believe there is a thread there for these sort of issues.
