Unfortunately, no. The record was created by a non-librarian, whom you could message if you wish to see if they were adding a generic "audiobook" or had a specific edition in mind.Otherwise, you could have a Super merge the blank record with one of the other audiobooks, then create the Audible Audiobook as a new edition. If you choose this option, reply here and I'll take care of the merge for you.

If you can fix it then please do. Thank you very much!

I'm so sorry that I caused a problem. Too bad ARC wasn't in the edition field or somewhere a non-librarian could see it.
Can it be unmerged?
Thank you for your input. Having empty editions in the catalog has been an ongoing issue that we hope has been solved by the new additions policy. You might be surprised at the number of records we correct that have been incorrectly listed as "audiobook" rather than Audio CD, MP3 CD, or Audible Audio. It's an ongoing task.
Tal wrote: "@Dobby, editions without ISBN does not equate to "empty" editions. Most ARC's (which are valid GR books) do not include the ISBN in the book record."That's so kind of you to be concerned. The edition in question wasn't marked as an ARC, however. As I mentioned, the issue of empty editions is an ongoing one. Librarians deal with the problem on a daily basis.
If you have suggestions or concerns about site functionality or procedures, please do share them with Support Staff, Goodreads employees who are there to help.
Tal wrote: "It wasn't your fault, you didn't merge a valid record. No it cannot be unmerged which is why these actions should not be done lightly."As you well know (or should know), Dobby is a very knowledgeable superlibrarian who does not do these actions lightly.
This is another instance where we can be grateful that non-librarians cannot add empty or incomplete records anymore.

Thank you, Dobby.
Again, I am sorry that my post caused anyone to be upset.
My intent was not to cause a problem but to solve one.
Edwina, no apology is necessary. I'm not in the least bit upset, and I hope you aren't either. I'm glad I was able to help resolve your issue; you had a legitimate question and the fix was easy and according to policy. Together we made one part of the Goodreads catalog less confusing and more accurate. Thank you for finding the issue and reporting it. We librarians really appreciate your contributions. :D

An audio book is the same thing as an audio cd, It is a book in audio format, and audio CDs were called audiobooks before digital even existed.
PaulGamerBoy360(Brigham) wrote: "An audio book is the same thing as an audio cd, It is a book in audio format, and audio CDs were called audiobooks before digital even existed."That part of this discussion was referring to the Goodreads definitions of edition formats (like hardcover vs paperback).
We all know that books on audio are audiobooks in regular conversation.
This thread has served its purpose.

Legal reasons. Goodreads is not allowed to use many sites' data, especially when it may not be the final cover/information.
Here is a list of acceptable sources.

Is there anything in the book records that would tell if the edition above is supposed to be an Audible Audiobook? The editions list doesn't have one, so I thought maybe the book above is it.
