ABANDONED. Princess sisters in the middle east, archipelago, harem, citadel.

I started reading this book a couple of years ago and never got to the end. It was set somewhere in the middle east, in a citadel. There were three princess sisters, the oldest one (protagonist) was rebellious and loved books. She somehow gets out and runs away? gets captured and taken to harem and is forced to be a sex slave. gets rescued by boy sent to find her and they get lost in an archipelago, with islands trying to tempt them to stay. There is an old man on one of the islands. i read the last chapter and i think one of the other sisters was secretly pregnant but im not sure. sorry for the lack of information but i hope you can help!!!
