[Answered] Adding book with possibly invalid ISBN?

User is requesting a book to be added, but I can't find the ISBN on isbnsearch.org or bookfinder.com.

ISBN: 978-989-95164-3-4

It's a Portuguese first aid manual:

What's the best way to proceed? Do I trust any online source that lists the ISBN or does it always need to be verified by an ISBN search?

That source page shows the ISBN. If the source is one we can use (as this one is), you don't need to research the ISBN any further unless there's an issue with it.

Ah I get it now, it’s a valid source because it’s the public library for Portugal as listed on publiclibraries.com/world. And the second link is for a publisher so that’s valid too.
