Question about title change

I've come across a book where an ACE has been requested:

On Amazon, the ASIN and author are the same, but in addition to the cover, the title is also different.

How should this be handled - create the ACE and change the title?

Ehm the author name is not the same. The new one has an additional initial.

yes, just enter the new title with the new cover.
(and do not set the pub date to the original but to the one this edition came out)

As I already combined book 1 from the other thread I added the ACE also for that https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... (just with the new title - it's not that uncommon that there are also title changes. In the past I used to mention that in the note but with the automatic note I have given up on that)

That was indeed a weird one, especially the number of times the author has changed things.
