[Done] Merge duplicate kindle edition

Could someone please merge this edition with the ACE that was created by mistake? The author told me she accidentally used "add an ACE" instead of "add a new edition." I've updated the ACE with the correct data, added the cover, and removed the ACE verbiage.

I'll recombine the pb edition once the merge is complete.
