This series is made of the following three books (in reading order):
1. The Boy Who Knew: Carlo Acutis
2. Old Men Don't Walk to Egypt: Saint Joseph
3. Child, Unwanted (Margaret of Castello)

The three friends in high places of the protagonists of the three novels are:
Book 1: Blessed Carlo Acutis.
Book 2: St. Joseph, the husband of Mary Mother of God.
Book 3: St. Margherita da Città di Castello (Margaret of Castello).

It's better to read the books in the indicated order, for there is one common character, and his timeline proceeds in that order.
