Combine editions and change title

- Title: it should be changed to "Pigmalió" as in the other edition. "Adaptació lliure de l'obra de Bernard Shaw" is a subtitle that means "Free adaptation of Bernard Shaw's work", while "Els llibres de l'Escorpí / Teatre" and "el Galliner" refer to a series inside the main publisher, "Edicions 62" (and the 95 in the cover refers to its position in that series).

- Page count: the last numbered page is 107, followed by 5 unnumbered pages. I don't remember how this works, so I add it just in case it shouldn't be 112.
