For me, the book that has had the most impact on my life is "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho. It taught me the importance of following my dreams and pursuing my passions, even when faced with obstacles or setbacks. The book's themes of self-discovery and personal transformation resonated deeply with me, and I found myself reflecting on its messages long after I finished reading. What about you? Have you read any books that have had a profound effect on your life? The Alchemist

The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership Workbook: Revised and Updated

Here is the book I am currently reading and my God! I'm just so amazed at our ignorant I had been in the matters of leadership. I read chapter 1 today and I learnt that the level of your effectiveness is equal to your leadership level.

I am just so bewildered at how John C. Maxwell explained it.

You cannot operate above the lid on your leadership potential.

I look forward to reading chapter 2 😊

Damilola Akapo | 11 comments Good evening here...

I read a book titled "Bored and Brilliant" by Manoush Zomorondi.

Have you ever thought of the time you engaged in a conversation and it felt like you're out of volcabularies and when you're alone, thinking of the discussion, the ideal replies begin to drop?

There's a level of creativity your brain can go to when you're inactive or "bored" to say.

David Olaoyo | 1 comments I usually tell my brother something, I said that how can you get knowledge he said by reading books you can gain alot of knowledge.

That was a powerful advice isn't it.

But a day came when I was inside the bathroom and I was just thinking about this and I heard something in my spirit man clearly saying that: For you to get knowledge you have to know the knowledge to get the knowledge.

You may not understand what am trying to say because it took me time to understand too.

I came across a book which say: How to become a Good speaker and I found so many moral lessons there, with story of successful people of today which they just briefly explained what they did to become successful.

And what they said was that you have to read over and over and over and over and over again to get what you need. That's a powerful sentence

Reading is the best key to a successful man life don't forget to read.

Today really was a great day! I continued on The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership Workbook: Revised and Updated and It has been helpful though.

I learnt that being a leader requires influence. Your level of influence is the extent of your leadership. John C. Maxwell also listed some myths about leadership in Chapter. I was able to learn more on that.

My inspiration is this: Become a leader to influence and not a manager to manage.

One of the myths is that leaders are often managers whereas, it's not so...

Leaders are not recognized by titles. It's a position you earn which is a reflection of who you truly are.

Today, I continued! I read on to Chapter 3. The Law of process. Leadership is not built in one day but daily.

I learnt even from the examples that John C. Maxwell used the power of process and why it is important not to ignore them

Damilola Akapo | 11 comments Good evening here...it's been a while🙃

Okay....I read a book titled "What Every Young Person Should Know"...

The writer opened me to the way his life went, being thirsty for the life outside the watchful eyes of parents and church and how that life didn't profit him a bit, instead, it compounded his problems daily...

One point I got from the book is: the devil thrives on secrecy...

When he sees that you choose to fight whatever battle you're facing alone, he attacks even stronger. So whatever it is that you're passing through, find a trusted person who knows God and that will be your starting point of victory.

Saelia Altacia | 1 comments The book that has had the most impact in my life is "The Unified Theory of Motivation and Living". It changed my view on why we do what we do in life and gave a solid framework to understand human motivation.
