(Done) Please separate incorrectly combined books

Lawrence Ellsworth’s version of Twenty Years After is not the same as other versions as he includes only half of what was published in French as "Vingt Ans Apres" (the other half of his translation of "Vingt Ans Apres" is in a book titled Blood Royal).

Please separate all of his translations, below, from the rest:

#1 and #4 in your list are the same book. Is there another edition you meant to include?

I added a librarian note to all editions to not combine with the main listing. Unfortunately this note is not visible on the combine page, so it's very possible it will get re-combined by a librarian who is working on this author and doesn't think to check the book notes.

If no other changes, please add "Done" to thread title.
