Doctor Who: The Tomorrow Windows by Jonathan Morris, paperback edition

is the same novel as

Doctor Who: The Tomorrow Windows by Johnny Morris and Mark Morris, kindle edition

I think they should be merged, but I'll leave the decision to the Librarians here.
