When a Moth Loved a Bee question

Essentially this is the story of Death falling in love with Life, yes? Death fell in love with Life and became so obsessed that he managed to manifest themselves into mortal beings so they could be together, and as a result, she created the world and he altered it. So…does that mean they created all of the elements as well? Would that not make them more powerful/masters of those elements then? And honestly, if she created all Life in the first place, isn’t it her right to destroy it in the end if she sees fit? I don’t mean to be callous or cruel with these thoughts, but it would seem to me that Life and Death are a cycle, there will always be new ends and beginnings. And, isn’t THAT the whole point?
