Please delete permanently

Dear Superlibrarian,

there are two entries for a Japanese book with the ISBN13 9784398293060 (ISBN 439829306X). Both are fragmentary and deleted, but they block this ISBN.

The book has been requested to be added (https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...). I don't like to create a third entry, and without ISBN.

Can the two fragmentary entries be deleted permanently?

Deleting blocks the isbn from being used again. So the edition with the isbn needs to be updated/corrected.

When there are two editions, one with isbn10 and the other with isbn13, one of the isbn's has to be moved to the other edition by GR Support to create a complete edition. After that, the identical edition without isbn can be merged/deleted.
