Kimberly I learned that we should think carefully before doing the thing


Cagne I think the whole concept of boundaries, of seeing relationships in those terms. It also left a strong feeling of needing a group to talk about it.

Renee When people overstep their boundaries, causing me to have to say "NO", I remind myself that I do not have to feel guilty because they are the ones whose behavior has not been respectful. Knowing this enables me to set and keep boundaries with less emotional turmoil.
