Author name problems

My new book is an annotated version of Hugh MacDonald's Rambles Round Glasgow (9781916490932). The title isn't linking to my name because I'm K. C. Murdarasi on Goodreads but K C Murdarasi elsewhere. Is there some permanent way of fixing this? I'm happy to edit my author name on Goodreads, but would that unlink all my other books?

ALSO, the Hugh MacDonald profile that this links to is a combination of more than one author (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...). The Hugh MacDonald who wrote Rambles Round Glasgow lived from 1817-1860 and isn't the same person as the living novelist Hugh MacDonald or the modern non-fiction writer Hugh MacDonald (and they may be different from one another, too).

GR recquires periods and no space between initials.
