sorry if this is vague but it’s all i remember. i thought it was rebecca of sunnybrook farm (i’m currently reading it now) but so far it doesn’t seem to be.
i think the girl is young like 5-7 or so?
any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

this is probably a classic, it would take place in 1800s or maybe early 1900s

Did it definitely seem old, like it was written in the late 19th or early 20th century?

i believe it was a classic. it seemed like it could have been written in 1800s or early 1900s

i read it probably within the last 6-7 years?
