Unfortunately, with no details, and the entry being so new, the search engine can't find it just yet.

You might have to wait till there is an isbn or asin.

I changed the title today to try and make it more searchable and added a description but not sure what is going on

Pages and search by title/author is heavily cached.
ISBN/ASIN usually works way better, but if that isn't existing it's just a "wait until it's there" thing of patience.
