I’ve read two so far, half way through a third. First was it ends with us, very good if you like a nice love story. Currently reading it starts with us and again very good so far! And the second one I read is Verity, if I had to describe it in one word it would be crazy! It was a can’t put down book for me. There are parts where it is intense but it was a great book. Also get the book with the bonus chapter!!!
I’ve read 6 books of hers so far and have only personally liked 4 of them. Those would be heart bones, November 9, maybe someday, and it ends with us. Personally November 9 is my favorite as the plot never got boring and made me cry, smile, and laugh. Each character had so much development. I feel that there are a lot of her books that are overlooked for some of her other books that don’t have as good plots. I know this definitely depends on someones personal opinions though, so definitely read the ones that seem the most interesting to you!
I’ve read almost all of her books but these are my top 3 favorites: 1. Reminders of Him💙-
My all time favorite💙 this story is so powerful and it will get all your emotions out. With this book I cried, I laughed, I got angry, and so much more.
Trigger Warnings: suicidal thoughts, detailed scene of losing a loved one by a car accident, under the influence car wreck (alcohol and drugs), grief and depression depiction, child neglect, parent incarceration
2. Confess ❤️🩹-
This one can be a bit similar to book # 1, but it’s more artsy. I really enjoyed this story as well. Colleen Hoover also added the art images in the book which was pretty cool so see while reading the book.
Trigger warnings: arrest for possession, pain pill addiction, an abusive relationship (physical, emotional, manipulative and sexual), attempted sexual assault.
3. Verity 💛-
This book is her first thriller and wow it was really good. Kept me on my toes because I didn’t know what was about to happen next.
Trigger Warnings:Abortion,Graphic child abuse, Child death,
Infanticide.
