I stepped outside today and couldn't remember what month it was. Somehow I missed the forecast for this week was going to be warm! I hope everyone is able to go outside and enjoy some of the nice weather... before the rain and cold show back up.

What has everyone been reading this week? Starting anything new before the week ends? I've been in the middle of a mini-slump so I haven't done any reading. Part of it is I don't know what genre I want. The other part is my brain not wanting to focus. I do have three books started, though- The Book of Lost Tales Part 1, The Fellowship of the Ring, and Hall of Smoke. Hopefully I'll find motivation tonight to start back up with them.

Happy reading!

The Book of Lost Tales, Part One (The History of Middle-Earth, #1) by J.R.R. Tolkien The Fellowship of the Ring (The Lord of the Rings, #1) by J.R.R. Tolkien Hall of Smoke (Hall of Smoke, #1) by H.M. Long

Ann (ann-fracturedfiction) | 516 comments I am still listening to The Templar Legacy (I'm on the last disc). I've started reading Devil in a Blue Dress by Walter Mosley (book club is Monday), and I'm also reading A Dark and Snowy Night by Sally Goldenbaum.

After that I've got Kindred by Octavia Butler and I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings by Maya Angelou. Then maybe I'll binge read Tolkien, I haven't done that in ages.

I was able to eat lunch and read my book outside the last few days. It was amazing! Finished up the first book in The Witches of Thistle Grove series and started on Hallmark Publishing’s Sweeter than Chocolate.
