Vinh made it clear he didn't want any contact with the Troubleshooters. He blames them in part for Angelina's death and he blames himself. They decided to give him some space. I wasn't surprised that they didn't know about Hannah. It didn't seem that the Team knew much at all about Vinh.
I agree with Anita. Vinh didn't want anything to do with the Troubleshooters after what happened to Angelina. He was still mourning her death and they were giving him space. When he was with the team, he was already with Angelina. I'm sure he talked about her and not about Hannah who he may not have seen in a while.
My impression was more that the Troubleshooters felt guilty themselves and thought that he blamed them, so they didn't want to cause him (or themselves) more pain. IIRC, Dave did remember Hannah from the wedding but did not realize just how close Vinh and Hannah were.
I thought it was a combination of Vinh blaming the Troubleshooters, and the Troubleshooters feeling guilty and trying to protect Vinh from any bad memories. It didn't surprise me that the team didn't remember Hannah clearly. Vinh was too wrapped up in Angelina.
I’m not sure why they didn’t reach out to Vinh. He clearly was struggling and didn’t want to see anyone but I was surprised no one tried.
It also was strange that no one knew about Hannah. She was Vinh’s best friend from their teens and supposedly Angelina’s good friend. I have a feeling that Hannah made herself scarce after they married.
