So there was a book whose name i just can't remember nor do i remember it's authors name.

So basically it's bestfriend brother romance kinda thing with enemies to lovers and they go on a vacation. He's doctor and he massaged the fmc's stomach because she was having horrible period pain. One of them taught the other how to skii ... And they were almost about to kiss but the MMC says something stupid. Since they were in a vacation. Also the boyfriend of the bestfriend of FMC was also there. It was a forced proximity book. I remember the fmc's name was Nora... Please help me find this book.
