sam (dudewhatever123) | 8 comments I'm looking for a new animé but I don't want one where I find out 25 episodes in that the animé stops before the story does. I freaking Hate that!! And it happens to me a lot, with fruits basket, maid sama and most recently skip beat.
As you can see from my list I do like Shōjo but I'm open to other types as long as they are good.

I've seen Inuyasha(loved), DBZ(well most of em), Black Butler, Clannad, Maid Sama(good), Fruits Basket(the main female annoyed me so much), Skip Beat(funny), Kamisama Kiss(loved), and Ouran Highschool Host Club. I know I have a lot of manga to read to catch up with everything.

Do not say hetalia axis powers! I tried and I couldn't get through more than a few episodes and even that was a battle of will. And I'm not really interested in naruto or bleach. Im looking for a animé with a main character that isn't annoying, a well thought out storyline, and probably a romance, please.

Holy Moly I only just saw this.

Have you tried: Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, Trigun, Ghost in the Shell, Black Cat, Fairy Tail, One Piece, Rurouni Kenshin, Samurai 7, Soul Eater, Chobits, FLCL,Tokyo Ghoul, Gantz, Jellyfish Princess, Lain, Evangelion, Full Metal Alchemist, and Studio Ghibli films? This ok? Let me know. It's all I can think of at the moment.

sam (dudewhatever123) | 8 comments Thank you. I've see a couple of those but a few I'll definitely check out.

tea | 2 comments Watch Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and Monster. Their ends are satisfactory and they're just PERFECT.
And As you like shoujo, watch La corda D'oro Primo Passo (this too finishes quickly but has a complete manga

I just thought of Hana Yori Dango; which also has 3 or 4 live dramas. All of them are ridiculously romantic; they all end in tears I tell you.

sam (dudewhatever123) | 8 comments Thanks I'll check it out, though I'm not really a fan of live action dramas. Tears? Sad tears or happy ones?

Hmmmm... A mixture of both I would say. The manga and anime are both good starting points. I will warn you that the artstyle and OST are really hokey; ignore that and just focus on the plot. I found this gem years ago, and I still love it so much.

sam (dudewhatever123) | 8 comments OST??? This may be a dumb question bit what's OST?

Original Soundtrack. Usually the background music that doesn't have anything to do with the Opening/Ending.

Original Soundtrack. Usually the background music that doesn't have anything to do with the Opening/Ending. There's not much we can do about the 25 episode problem since usually what happens is that the projects budget gets the ax. It all depends on the week to week ratings in Japan if it continues or not. Which is alway a big bummer.

sam (dudewhatever123) | 8 comments Now i know. Thank you. I wouldn't hate the 25 episode thing AS much if they would end at a natural stopping point. Like in fruits basket, even though the story was no were near finished the anime ending was still satisfying because of how it ended.

Jessica G (naruto4hokage) | 3 comments I would definitely recommend Say I Love You as a shoujo...but outside of that genre I would HIGHLY suggest Danganronpa, Deadman Wonderland and Samurai Champloo!

Ilias (illias) | 6 comments Fullmetal alchemist and Fate/zero both are masterpieces from beginning till end. I would also recommend monster but from personal experience, it's a bit risky. The beginning is boring but the end is a masterpiece. Most people including myself dropped it after first 3 episodes. Thankfully I had good friends who forced me to finish it.
